Staff
Cottage by the Sea operates under a Board
of Management with staff both in Queenscliff and in Camberwell
(Melbourne).

The Cottage is located in Queenscliff
and staff there include management, administration, activity leaders, catering,
housekeeping and maintenance.
Management staff are responsible for the
overall running, administration and promotion of CBTS as well as overseeing
catering, housekeeping and maintenance.
The Program
Co-ordinator develops, coordinates, implements, schedules, and evaluates
recreation programs, events and activities to meet the needs of the CBTS camps
and programs. They are responsible for Human Resources and Recruitment in
screening and selecting qualified activity leaders for CBTS.
The Volunteer
Co-ordinator is responsible for the human resource planning, recruiting,
selection, training and recognition of CBTS volunteers in the areas of
Recreation, Fundraising, Administration, and Maintenance.
The Intake
Co-ordinator is responsible for the intake of children who
attend.
Activity Leaders are responsible for the running of
activities and welfare of the children while at camp.
