| Without the money raised from fundraising and donations,
Cottage by the Sea couldn't continue to support families
who are going through difficult times.
We can never depend on guaranteed ongoing support from a regular
source. We must work constantly to raise enough money to continue
the good work of The Cottage.
Fundraising activities you can be involved in include:
- lending a helping hand at fundraising events e.g. annual fair
- donating some time to help with fundraising e.g. Christmas
card sales, raffle ticket sales
- fundraising by individuals e.g. Paul
Austin's marathon run
- fundraising by groups
- corporate sponsorship or fundraising
- buying or selling merchandise
- your organisation, club or group might like to hold a fundraiser
for us (eg: charity golf day, movie night, school 'out of uniform
day')
- sponsoring a fundraising event
- donating goods to raffle or sell
- joining the fundraising auxiliary
