The Mermaids land at Cottage for breakfast

Last week, we had a very special group of visitors to Cottage by the Sea. ‘The Mermaids’ is a very active group of women from the Bellarine Peninsula community who swim daily at Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale. It was our pleasure to host them for breakfast, followed by a tour of Cottage.

Special thanks to Shirley, our Friday kitchen volunteer and Mermaid for organising the wonderful event. $1300 was raised for Cottage by The Mermaids fundraiser, which we are very grateful for.
