Volunteer Christmas lunch

We had a wonderful afternoon with our volunteers today enjoying a delicious festive lunch.

Cottage by the Sea volunteers play such an important role in the day-to-day operations. Even though they don’t work directly with the children, they certainly make a difference behind the scenes to enhance the lives of program participants.

Our CEO Adam gave a great speech to the volunteers, thanking them for their incredible service each week – whether it is working in the garden, in the kitchen, at reception or preparing goodie bags for the kids to take home, among many other very important volunteer tasks.

We are all so excited for the inspiration, fun and opportunities that will come in 2024 here at Cottage.

Thank you so much to all the Cottage staff, Rosalyn for organising today’s event and the activities and our Chef Kim for the amazing lunch – we enjoyed roast veggies, delicious salads, Christmas meats kindly donated from Bellarine Country Butchers and lemon tart for dessert!
